Martin Rutkowski
Psychologist & Psychotherapist
About
I am a native-speaking graduate psychologist specialising in psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (schema therapy-informed). I offer both short- and long-term individual therapy for adults who are experiencing a range of emotional, psychological, and life difficulties. I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, phobias, insomnia, relationship difficulties, high stress, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, bipolar mood disorders, anger difficulties, low self-esteem, significant life transitions, and bereavement.
I also welcome individuals who may feel dissatisfied with aspects of their lives, relationships, or sense of self, and who are seeking a supportive and reflective space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I have a particular interest in working with relationship-related difficulties and personality disorders.
