About
I'm a certified coach and a psychotherapist in the third year (clinical stage) of a comprehensive 4,5-year postgraduate training (Wielkopolska Szkola Psychoterapii Gestalt, Poland). In my work I draw on Gestalt psychotherapy, based on "here and now", and deeply attentive to the body. I combine that approach with IFS (Internal Family Systems), as well as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Thearpy). I've also had a long-term experience of my own psychodynamic psychotherapy as a client.
