We support clients with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and emotional instability. For expats, we also address feelings of loneliness, emptiness, culture shock, and the stress of long-distance or intercultural relationships.
We work in person in Gdańsk and online with clients around the world — including in remote areas where English-speaking therapy is hard to find or too expensive. Based in Poland, we’re able to offer high-quality support at competitive rates, making mental health care more accessible.
